Happy New Year everyone and thanks for tuning in over the last year to my mixes.

This mix was done on a radio show that I do once or twice a month usually on the first Saturday at 12pm CST called The Estimulo Show. This show is based out of Berlin by it's head, Dj Estimulo. His site and the site of where you can tune in and chat is Http://www.mixomat.org. This past Saturday was awesome as I started off the show with a 3 & 1/2 hour mix which lead to a tagteam set from my guys Chicagodeep and Eargasmic/MOS Recording Artist Chicago Skyway. We had heaps of fun.

Here is my live set with commentary and all. A great way to start off the new year. There were a few scuffs here and there but overall a great mix.

Autumn has always been my favorite season of the year. It's great when going on long walks and being all bundled up especially with a significant other. It tends to provoke nostalgic thoughts for me which I will pour into mixing. This is part 1 of a 2 part series. This one includes some deep more uptempo tracks with a little slip up towards the end of the mix. Part 2 will be deeper, slower, and more emotive as the season progresses.

This was recorded mid January of this year and I am just now posting it. I didn't think it was the greatest mix but the track selection is just too ill. Chicago winters are not fun and although it is now spring it just snowed last weekend. This was just a comfort mix to warm ya up. Nothing extremely new on this one. Most tracks released spring/summer '08 from Baaz, Agnes, Brother's Vibe, Lerosa and some older joints from Moodymann, Frankie Feliciano amongst others. Sit back and enjoy the vibe on this one.
